2. The Apex Vault Packaging Standard
Every single card and slab dispatched from our vault is packaged using our 5-layer protective standard:
- Raw Singles: Placed in brand-new acid-free penny sleeves, secured in rigid Ultra PRO / BCW toploaders, fitted with a pull-tab for safe extraction, and sealed in a water-resistant team bag.
- Graded Slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC): Encased in tailored slab guard sleeves, sandwiched between dual rigid corrugated cardboard shields, and wrapped in heavy-duty bubble padding.
- Exterior Protection: Dispatched in crush-proof reinforced boxes or heavy-grade bubble mailers with tamper-evident security tape.
3. Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are packaged, verified, and handed to USPS or FedEx the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship the following business day.
4. Order Tracking & Carrier Updates
As soon as your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your direct tracking number (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You can track your package 24/7 directly on the carrier website.
5. Address Verification & Signature Confirmation
To protect collectors against porch piracy and transit theft, all orders valued at $250 USD or higher automatically require a direct adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout.
