Apex Card Co – Pre-Order & Presale Policy

Pre-ordering with Apex Card Co is the most reliable way to guarantee your allocation for highly anticipated hobby boxes, booster cases, and special collector editions prior to their official release date.

1. Guaranteed Allocation

When you place a pre-order with Apex Card Co, your product allocation is 100% guaranteed. We do not oversell presales or cancel pre-orders to resell at higher secondary market prices. Once confirmed, your box or case is locked in.

2. Release Dates & Manufacturer Delays

• Estimated release dates displayed on product pages are provided by the official manufacturers (e.g., The Pokémon Company International, Panini America, Topps, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast).
• Release dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production or distribution timelines. In the event of a national release date adjustment, we will notify you by email and update the product page immediately.
• Pre-orders will ship on or immediately following the manufacturer's official street release date.

3. Orders Containing Both In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

• Single Combined Shipment: If you place an order containing both currently in-stock items and upcoming pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are officially released and in stock.
• Want in-stock items faster? If you would like your in-stock cards or supplies to ship immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

4. Pre-Order Cancellations

• Because allocations are reserved exclusively for you with distributors, cancellations prior to dispatch are subject to a 3% merchant payment processing fee deducted from the refund.
• Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment queue (typically within 48 hours of street date), it cannot be cancelled or amended.
